If you use the contact form, GardenGay receives the name, email address, subject, and message you submit. We use that information to read, manage, and respond to your message.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through the contact form.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting systems may create technical logs when you visit. These logs may include an internet protocol address, browser type, requested page, referring page, device information, and the time of the request. This information supports security, reliability, troubleshooting, and basic site operation.
Cookies and local storage
GardenGay currently uses only technology needed for basic site functions, security, administrative login, and remembering whether you dismissed our cookie notice. We do not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking.
If we later add analytics, advertising, or other nonessential tracking, we will update this notice and provide the controls required before those technologies are activated.

GardenGay does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including responding to messages, maintaining records, protecting the site, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission method can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can choose not to use the contact form. You can also adjust cookie controls through your browser. Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide rights to know about, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of your personal information. Use the Contact page to make a privacy request. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Children
GardenGay is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
